.1. Cancellation Period

(a) You may cancel an order within 7 days of placing it. After this period, the order may have been processed, and cancellation may not be possible.

2. How to Cancel an Order

(a) To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@goldfragrances.co.uk with your order number and a request for cancellation.

(b) If the order has not been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a refund.

3. Refund Processing

(a) Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 15 working days of the cancellation request.

(b) Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

4. Late Cancellation

(a) If you attempt to cancel an order after it has been processed or shipped, the cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, please refer to our Return Policy for information on returning the product.
